IESF Helps Rebuild a Firestation in Playa Del
Carmen
In 2001 the fire station in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico consisted of a small
inadequate building with very little fire equipment.
This is the Central Fire Station in Playa del Carmen (pictured) as it sits in 2008.
The fire engines, ladder truck, and other equipment you see in the picture were
delivered to Playa del Carmen with the assistance of IESF.
The changes you see from 2001 to 2008 are the direct result of the efforts of IESF
and the Bomberos de La Rivera Maya ( non-profit organization in MX.)
